Movie Plot: A group of rogue U.S. Force Recon Marines, led by infamous Brigadier General Frank Cream (Harris) and his second-in-command Major Tom Baxter (Morse), attacked a heavily armed naval arms depot and stole a stock pile of lethal VX gas-armed. The M55 rocket, loses its own men in the process. The next day, Wilm and his people – along with newly recruited Marines Capt. Fry (Spoeller) and Daro (Todd) – take eighty tourists hostage while controlling Alcatraz Island. He threatens to launch rockets against San Francisco unless the U.S. government pays him $100 million from the military slash fund, which he will distribute to the families of his men and the Recon Marines who were killed in secret missions under his command but who were killed in secret missions. The death was not compensated.

The Pentagon and the FBI have developed a plan to rebuild the island with the U.S. Navy Seal team led by Commander Anderson (BYHN), according to the FBI’s top chemical weapons expert, Dr. D. Stanley GoodSpeed (Cage) is included. FBI Director James Womac (Spencer) is forced to grant an apology to federal inmate John Mason (Connery) in exchange for information. Mason, a 60-year-old British citizen who was jailed for three decades without charge, was the only Alcatomer prisoner ever to escape the island. After being set up in a hotel, Mason survives, resulting in a car chase with Goodspeed through the streets of San Francisco. While Mason finds his iconic daughter, Jade (Forlani), GoodSpeed comes, but he covers Jade for Mason by saying that Mason is supporting the FBI.
