Movie Plot:

Chung Choi-san (Andy Lau) is a superintendent of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Bureau (EOD). Seven years ago, he became undercover and undercover protected, Hung Kai-pang (Jiang Wu), who was the wanted culprit in the bombs.
