Movie Plot: Professional thief Jack Tulliver and his crew pulled the heir to a carefully employed armored car, ambushed in Bucharest by a group of racketeers in Romania. This rogue group, given to the heir by an unidentified tarkot, kills Tulliver’s colleague Bull and most of his crew. Tullivar escapes a mysterious seal case that was the most valuable part of the stolen loot. After Car-Jacking Sgt. Kelly Anders’s car, he flees through Bucharest, but leaves Anders under suspicion of his fellow officers. Meanwhile, Tuliver tries to save a team member who was captured by Alexey Kutchinov, a sadhusist Russian millionaire gangster in charge of Romanian racketeers, who attacked Tulliver. Jack and SGT. Anders is rescued by Bull’s brother Michael Merca, a Romanian mobster who shoots Alexie to avenge his brother’s death. Ultimately, the contents of the case have been revealed, and we have found out why it is in such high demand.
