Movie Plot: U.S. MarineLance Corporal Harold Dawson and private first-class Lawon Downey are facing a general court-martial accused of killing fellow Marines Private First Class William Santiago at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba. Santiago had a bad relationship with his fellow Marines, compared to them, and broke the chain of command in an attempt to move out of Guantanamo. Base Commander Col.
