Movie Plot: In 2018, a dystopian in Detroit, better time left the brick mansion than dangerous criminals. Unable to control the crime, city officials built a massive wall that is 40 feet tall and is known as projects around the area, or for the safety of the rest of the city. “No Go Zone” has been built. Police monitor all activities in and out of the brick mansion, which shutdown schools and hospitals in this dangerous area. For Undercover Cop Damien Collier (Paul Walker), every day is the fight against corruption after the death of his father. For French-Caribbean ex-criminal Lino (David Belle), there is a battle to live an honest life every day. (Lino starred in District B13 and continued his role in this story.) Damien has a charming, intelligent and consistent character throughout the film. Lino is hunted by drug kingpin Tremin Alexander to steal large amounts of heroin and clear the bathtub.
