Movie Plot: Ray, with his wife Jonby and daughter Perry, embarks on a road trip to Thanksgiving. They take a break at the rest stop, where Ray and Perry fall into an open construction site and get injured. After going to the hospital, Joan Perry goes to the basement to undergo a CT scan, while Ray waits in the waiting room. Ray exits exhaustion. After hours of waking up, he asks hospital staff if he can see his wife and daughter, but is told he was never brought to the hospital.

Ray argues with hospital staff, who all deny that his wife and daughter had ever been admitted. Ray implements the assistance of two police officers, but hospital staff and doctors explained to them that Ray came to the hospital alone, treated the head wound, and he was confused. Unable to convince the staff and police of his story, Ray searches for his family on his own and eventually finds them in the sub-basement, just before his daughter cuts her limbs. Ray fights with hospital staff, causing an explosion, and fleeing with his family.
