Movie Plot: Ten years after the death of John Kramer, the perpetrator Edgar Munsen was shot by Detectives Hunt and Halloran after activating a remote trigger. Meanwhile, five people – Mitch, Anna, Ryan, Carly, and an unconscious man – are held captive in a barn with chains around their throats. A tape recording of John Kramer states that they should sacrifice blood, and confess their sins. The chains drag them towards the bulbul wall. Most of the group survive by cutting themselves to offer blood, but the unconscious man wakes up too late to escape.
His next test reveals that Carly is a purse snatcher who accidentally caused the death of an asthmatic woman. To save others from being hanged, he would have to inject himself with one of three needles – one containing an antidote to a poison in his system, one containing saline and an acid. She refuses, so Ryan stabs the three to save herself, leading to her death.
