Movie Plot: Six years after the events of the last film, Ethan Hunt retired from field work for the IMF. Instead, she trains new recruits while settling with her fiancé, Julia Meade, a nurse, unaware of Ethan’s true job. He has been approached by IMF agent John Musgrave about the mission to save one of Ethan’s Protagus, Lindsay Farris. Lindsay was caught while investigating arms dealer Owen Davian. Mushrev has already drawn a team for Ethan: Declan Gormley, Jane Lei and her longtime partner Luther Sticel.

The team rescued Lindsay and collected two damaged laptop computers. As they rush, Ethan gets an explosive bullet implanted in Lindsay’s head. Before he can disable it, it stops and kills it. Back in the Us, Ethan and Musagrave have been reprimanded by IMF Director Theodore Brassal. Ethan discovers that Lindsay mailed a postcard before catching her and shows a magnetic microdot under the stamp.
