Agent 11 is a bullmastiff who fights crime used by the FBI; He partnered with his mentor, Murdoch (Michael Clark Duncan) in Seattle. After the mafia boss, Sonny Talia (Paul Sorvino), agent 11 attacked him and ripped one of his testicles. He was taken to the hospital so that he could be replaced surgically. As Payback, he sends his two bodyguards, Geno and Arlis (which Viterelli and Steve Shirappa respectively), agent 11. When he goes out to kill, for safety, he is sent to a training facility in Alaska.
After the escape of Agent 11, he meets Gordon Smith (David Archvet), who works as a mailman. He dislikes dogs and he has his young son James (Angus T) of his neighbor, Stephanie (Leslie Bib). Jones has volunteered to take care of. Gino and Arlis continue their search for Agent 11, whom James has called for a “Spot” Give the name. He doesn’t want to catch balls or frisbees because Murdoch told him that he doesn’t play when he was a puppy, but he eventually starts to do it like a normal dog with Gordon and James. Later, Gino and Arlis tried to kill him when he was at a pet store with Gordon and James, but he pulls them out.
When the FBI finds out that Spot is living with Gordon, they take him back. He flees and finds Gordon and James again. Sonny returns and tries to kill him, but he is kicked out, he is caught and imprisoned.FBI agents try to take the spots back, but in the end they decide to choose the one with whom he wants to stay. He chooses Gordon and James, though he says goodbye to Murdoch. Stephanie returns and gets very upset with Gordon what happened, but James assures him that Gordon is a good guy, and they end up together.
