In New Orleans, Will Montgomery (Nicholas Cage) and Vincent Kinsey (Josh Lucas), a rist (driver Malin Orkman), their stampede driver, and a computer security expert are preparing to be aided by Hoyt (Mc Gini). He is seen by FBI agent Tim Harland (Danny Huston), who knows that Will and Vincent have been in a case at a jewelry store for several weeks and plan to arrest them mid-crime.
Will and Vincent stormed the adjacent wall, blowing up neighbours in the toy shop. Harland gives them a few minutes before sending them to the jewelry store, but Will and Vincent are not there, instead used the jewelry store to get access to a bank. In the vault, Will collects $10 million in wrapped bills and removes Vincent, who was eyeing a pile of gold bars. They come into the street behind a watchman. Vincent tries to kill the man, but Will stops him, and Vincent accidentally shot in the leg. As his fleeing van comes up, Vincent goes inside and asks others to drive, leaving Will Money and the FBI increasingly trapped. After a car chase, Will is placed in an abandoned building. Agents arrest him but there is no evidence of money.
