Movie Plot: As the crime wave escalates in New York City, reporter O’Neill covers the mysterious Ninja Foot clan. Shredder, the foot leader, ordered in April. He attacked by foot in a subway and made him unconscious. Rafael, one of the teenage mutant ninja turtles, emerges from the shadows, beats the leg, and takes him to the turtle’s hideout, unaware that a foot is chasing him. Spplintern, his rat master, explains on April that he and the turtles were once ordinary animals, but were mutated from toxic waste to intelligent creatures. After the turtles fled to their April home, they are found vandalized and abducted at their hideout. They return to the apartment in April and spend the night there.

Danny Pennington, the perpetrator of April Supervisor Charles Pennington, works for The Foot. After Danny was taken out of prison for robbery and sabotage, Charles stops at the April apartment where Danny sees turtles hiding. He reported it to Shredder.
