In 1992, Alabama, Will and Breeze Rutledge exited the disastrous Class 5 hurricane Andrew with his father. However, their truck gets trapped after escaping from a tree in front and they are forced to take shelter in a nearby house. While trying to save the truck from flowing, the strong winds loosened a water tank and crushed his father, killing him.

At present, another devastating storm named Tami arrives in the city of Alabama. Treasury agent Casey Corbin is ordered by fellow employee Randy Moreno to summon Breeze, who now works as an apprentice, and whose brother Will is a meteorologist, to fix the generator at a cash storage facility. When she gets out of the facility, Treasury agents led by Connor Perkins rogue, infiltrate the facility and take The Employees Moro hostage. His plan is to steal $600 million, and Perkins included computer hackers, Sasha and Friers to crack the vault’s code. Failing to decrypt it, Perkins realizes that Corbyn may have changed it, so he has his men. Sasha and Friers have to use a force attack using the city’s transmission tower. As Corbin and Breeze go back to the facility, they meet mercenaries and Corbin engages in firing with them. Appears and helps escape with his dominator, but Breeze is left behind and caught. He successfully repaired the generator and was taken hostage.
