After sparing a girl’s life during a massacre, an elite Triad assassin is targeted by an onslaught of murderous gangsters.Ito is one of the six elites for the South East Asian Triad, known as Six Seas (Indonesian: Anam Lot). After committing genocide in a village because some villagers stole Triad drugs, Itto’s last escape, a young girl named Hina. Ito turns on the present triad soldiers and kills them. He returns to his childhood home in Jakarta and hides Reina in his ex-girlfriend Shinta’s apartment. Shinta treats his wounds and calls in Fatah, which used to be in a gang with Ito. Fatih takes them to his apartment and brings his cousin Vishnu and Bobby, the last member of the old gang, to a drug addict. He also arranges Ito and Reina to get new passports.

Arian is another member of the old gang, but macau has gone where he is running a club for Triad. He is shown beating up other bullies as he beat one of his waitress. Another Six Seas, Chien Wu, calls him to help Kill Ito.Ito goes to an old acquaintance, Johan, to get the money left behind in Jakarta. Johan is also associated with the triad, and a fight continues. Io kills Johan’s men, but Johan makes a phone call that brings in corrupt cops. They kill Johan with a gun and capture Ito.
