Movie Plot: Andy Osnard is a Mi6 detective given to Panama after having a relationship with the foreign minister’s mistress in Madrid. His superiority warns him about the corruption in Panama, but Osnard considers it as an opportunity. In consultation with the list of British nationals living in Panama, he meets many of Panamanian elite seismic taylor harry pendeles, including the president. Pendel, a talented storyteller, himself passes in the east of Savile Cry, but is actually an ex-chief who runs the scandal with his late uncle Benny. Panama’s wife Louisa, an assistant to the administrator of the Panama Canal Authority, is unaware of her criminal record. While Harry is a brilliant tailor, he is a bad businessman; His tailor shop is in constant debt, and he repays Luisa’s $50,000 money to the bank for an agribusiness that failed.

Knowing that Pendel needs money, Osnard offers to help him if Pendel gives him information about Panama City’s elite. Pendel agrees, and uses the money to pay his loans and is an alcoholic who helps his friend Mickey, and his assistant Marta, who was raped by Manuel and Noriega’s soldiers. However, soon Osnard needs better information, threatening to cut off money and revealing that Pendel is spying for a foreign government if he doesn’t get what he wants.
