Movie Plot: After the Japanese surrender after World War II, the People’s Liberation Army should avoid the bandits who raided the Japanese arsenal. Shao Jianbo, known as his Codename Captain 203 after his unit, commands a group of 30 men. They are out of food and are less on ammunition. One of their problems is solved when they beat a group of bandits dressed as PLA who guard ammunition reserves. The reinforcements arrive via the train as a fighter drug Yang Jirong and Bai RU, who are warmly welcome on bringing food. Captain 203 takes his people to the village raided by bandits. On the way, they meet a young boy who lost his family in bandit attacks. Although he initially entrusts the PLA soldiers, he clings to them after he is rescued from a bandit detective in the village.
