Movie Plot: Los Angeles Police Department officer Jake Hoyt has been assigned an evaluation led by Detective Alonzo Harris, who is a decorated narcotics officer. Alonzo is the pick who is known as a corrupt cop for many other drug officers. Alonzo and Jake start the day by buying cannabis to some college kids. While confiscating drugs from children, Alonzo asked Jake to smoke it. Jake initially refuses, but complies when Alonzo threatens him at gunpoint. Alonzo says he will be easily killed if he refuses to take to the streets like this. He soon tells Hoyt that marijuana was lost and he actually consumed PCP. After Roger’s visit, becoming a ex-police drug dealer, Jake noticed an addict couple trying to rape a teenage girl in an alley. The leech intervenes while Alonzo sees. After Alonzo scares them, Jake finds the girl’s wallet on the ground and recovers it.
