Movie Plot: Carrie Wink (Anna Nicole Smith) is a beautiful and sensual helicopter pilot employed by Heliscope, which provides heli-taxi transport to high-level customers. She was married to Gordon Wink (Richard Steinmetz), a LAPD detective with whom we see some flashbacks to their relationship.

A ruthless South African criminal mastermind, Fairfax (Charles M. Huber), is bent on collecting four interlocking electronic devices or a series of circuits, which somehow “The balance of power in the world can move. Through deception and violence, they managed to acquire three devices. Carrie, ignorant of them, stopped two goons from Fairfax at the site of one of their exchanges. The location of the fourth instrument, located far away in the Zitex building, an 86-floor skyscraper in the city of Los Angeles, is the scene where most of Fairfax’s drama unfolds after fairfax’s final play. Carrie is again invited to pick up a pair of VIPs, this time becoming Fairfax and her French assistant Jacques (Jonathan Fuller). She takes them to the Zetex Building, where her band of terrorists near Fairfax handle the entire security system and suit the security guards to the entire floor. Somehow the 86-floor building seems to have very few people.
