Movie Plot: Roddy St James is a high-class pet rat that builds his home in a flat in posh Kensington. While their boss is on holiday, a common sewer rat named Sid comes out of the sink and decides to stay, especially as England play against Germany in the World Cup final. Roddy planned to lure her into the toilet to get rid of Sid, but Sid was not fooled, instead of throwing Roddy in and shedding him in the sewer. Rhodi London, a city similar to Retropolis, is made up of different bits of junk, and meets Rita Malone, an entrepreneur-scavenger rat who drains into its loyal boat, Jamie Dozer. Rita initially irritated Roddy, but takes her along. His archer, Todd, sent his rats, Spike and Whiteto to steal back his father’s prized ruby. Todd loosens all rodents, and Roddie and Rita plan to be frozen with liquid nitrogen inside an ikemaker. The pair survives, and Rita takes a unique electrical cable that is needed to control the flooding of the retropolis.
